   Very interesting business model but I suppose if you take $500 in cash thats better than maybe $100 in parking for the year and develop the domain into a minisite that shall reap more rewards.

   Everyone is really getting into minisites I shall need to really look at this business.

   Robbie, there is indeed a craze right now for mini sites.

   In most cases, mini sites will generate more than PPC parking pages - depending on what you do and how you do it.

   I think however, if people just choose one domain name in a niche that they are passionate about, take their time to build a quality website, inbed affiliate links, google adsense and banner ads, they will be more successful.

   Choose niches that you are passionate about. That way, you work becomes a pastime, rather than a headache.

   This is the idea behind my offer above. Entrepreneurs can simply choose a quality name and build a powerhouse brand.

   Of course, you can flip most of the domains for easy profits, but branding will be much more rewarding!

   I will definitely regret a few of the domain names, but in order for the deal to work, I had to put some juicy cherries on top.

   Am sure that some of the savvy buyers will find them and put them to very good use!
