Published domain sales data has revealed that Printer.com was sold for $800,000 towards the end of August to enter the top 5 domain sales for 2008.

The generic domain name was reportedly sold to Dutch company Treasuron.

According to information posted on the website’s front page, the site will go live soon, and could offer worldwide services are unsurprisingly printer-related.
