Domaining is Hard Work, So Play Hard
Kevin Jackson June 20, 2009 4

I am still a little light-headed after having too many drinks last night on a boat cruise on the River Thames. Partying on a boat till midnight then finishing up in a night club is surely one good recipe for hangovers. It was worth it though, as it was a friend’s 30th birthday party.

For me it was a little bit scary. No, I’m not talking about the boat ride, but rather the thought of me turning 30, next month. I personally do not have the time to organise any lavish parties, so I decided to book a luxury Caribbean vacation to Barbados instead.

Despite much travelling over the past few months, this will be my first break for 2009. It is well deserved given the amount of work that I have been doing over the past few months.

It will be the perfect time to take a break, re-energise and take the competition by storm throughout the rest of 2009!

Happy domaining days ahead!

    Thanks Helder!

    I won’t be going until the second week of July, but I wish it was tomorrow!

    Yes, as they say, “Work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”.

    30?! You’re stressed about 30?! Too funny – that’s nothing! Just wait until you’re looking down the barrel of 40 or 50!

    So enjoy it and party hard Kevin! – 30 truly is the prime of most people’s physical health!

    @Bob,
    Haha! Oh Yes! I am stressed indeed ;) .

    When one is a teenager, they can’t wait to reach the age of 20, when they will no longer be referred to as “teenager”. You look forward to being in charge and doing your own thing.

    However the reality is the responsibilities and challenges that come with adulthood are always under-estimated. So when you approach the age of 30, you know for sure this time what is coming. It is one of those landmark ages or period in your life when you look back and ask, “What have I achieved in life?”

    Then above all, you just know that the years ahead will bring even more responsibilities and challenges. All good fun I hope.

    Yes, physically, I am having the time of my life! Thanks Bob!!
